Standard Returns

• For non-customized items, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Please note that discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.

• To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, in their original clean condition, and with all original tags attached.

Customized Items

• We take pride in creating unique products just for you! Due to their personalized nature, customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
• Manufacturing defects include issues such as incorrect personalization, significant printing errors, or product damage unrelated to shipping.
